MACHINE RIGGING
A special service REA performs for Woodworking
facilities and other manufacturers is machine rigging.
Unlike the local companies, we offer the complete package.
Our highly trained personnel decommission, rig, setup, and test
the machine for proper operation. We make necessary adjustments,
address issues that other companies do not, and access the machine
during the move to determine and correct any unforeseen issues.
Our technically knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and repair
the machine after the move (if required) sets us apart from all
the others.
In most cases, the machine is setup and is in better working condition
than it's original state.
 If
the machine is not operable prior to the move, our staff will offer
a quote to get the machine in working condition, both electrically
and mechanically.
Our moves have included CNC routers (all manufacturers), tenoners,
presses, panel saws, edge banders, sanders, and knitting. From 1
- 50+ machines, internal or plant to plant, REA will exceed your
expectations.

NEW PART SALES
REA Technologies, Inc. is a major supplier of
"NEW" and "USED" parts, including obsolete items
that are no longer available from the manufacturer, to the latest

OEM SUPPORT
REA Technologies, Inc. is a major supporter of
OEMs. We assist in helping them with their service calls and/or
repair needs. This includes panel saws, CNC routers, point to point,
edge banders, tenoners, etc. We are currently working with several
large OEMs and are adding to the list.
If you are an OEM and are being bogged down by installations,
service calls, lack of experienced personnel, and don't want to

FIRE/SMOKE/HURRICANE DAMAGE
If you have experienced Fire, Smoke, or Hurricane
damage and your machines are in-operable, REA Technologies, Inc.
will work with you and your insurance company to ensure that you
are back into production as soon as possible. This
includes damaged wiring (rewiring your machine) to complete machine
rebuild. We also clean the printed circuit boards to remove any
contamination. Don't get tied up trying to find the solution
when we will do it for you. If the machine is beyond economical
repair, we will work with them in removing the old one and installing
the new machine. Please have your agent give us a call for an estimate.
