MACHINE RIGGING
A special service REA performs for Woodworking facilities and other manufacturers is machine rigging. Unlike the local companies, we offer the complete package.
Our highly trained personnel decommission, rig, setup, and test the machine for proper operation. We make necessary adjustments, address issues that other companies do not, and access the machine during the move to determine and correct any unforeseen issues. Our technically knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and repair the machine after the move (if required) sets us apart from all the others.
After we leave, the machine is setup and is in better working condition than it's original state.
 If the machine is not operable prior to the move, our staff will offer a quote to get the machine in working condition, both electrically and mechanically.
Our moves have included CNC routers (all manufacturers), tenoners, presses, panel saws, edge banders, sanders, and knitting. From 1 - 50+ machines, internal or plant to plant, REA will exceed your expectations.
